Banking WorkDay Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands on configuration
• Analyzes, design and implements Workday configuration changes for Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence
• Subject-matter expert for applicable processes in Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence
• Consults on the evaluation, design and analysis Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence.
• Gather business requirements from the business partners, configuration and specs
• Build pay and earnings codes


Current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting:
• Payroll configuration/ Payroll taxes
• Time Tracking configuration
• Benefits and Absence (less of a focus)


Technical Skills:
• WorkDay Payroll configuration/ Payroll taxes
• WorkDay Time Tracking configuration
• ServiceNow for ticketing and requirements
