Global Head of Collateral Monitoring Operations

- Drive the strategic transformation and expansion of collateral monitoring and margin capabilities globally
- Act as a strategic partner to Wealth Lending business
- Lead the strategic development and execution of a global target operating model
- Manage and inspire a high-performing global team
- Oversee all aspects of global collateral monitoring, valuation, and margin call processes
- Collaborate extensively with Technology, Product Development, and other operational teams
- Accountable for functional strategy, budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in financial services operations
- 8-10 years in senior leadership role overseeing Collateral Management, Margin Operations, or related critical control function
- Deep understanding of wealth management lending products, collateral types, margin methodologies, and associated market and credit risks.
- Strong awareness and practical experience with modern financial technologies, automation tools, and Artificial Intelligence concepts relevant to operations and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
