Overview North‑Trust is a global leader in wealth management and asset servicing. The Private Capital Administration department provides third‑party clients with comprehensive administration, financial accounting, and investor reporting services for their funds, including venture capital, buyout, mezzanine, life sciences, secondaries, and fund of funds. Working Model Hybrid – balanced mix of in‑office and remote work. Responsibilities Manage the Private Equity Accounting group(s). Conduct performance management processes, identify training and development needs, and establish performance standards. Make staffing decisions and ensure resources are available to accomplish priorities. Participate in developing and providing input to the strategic plan and budget management process. Provide additional leadership support within large specialized groups. Execute complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and ambiguous issues. Liaise with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Conduct performance management and career development processes, provide input for staffing and disciplinary actions, and provide hands‑on training to staff. Develop periodic goals, organize work, set short‑term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion. Provide input and support to budget management. Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication skills. In‑depth functional or industry knowledge. Technical systems knowledge. Leadership and organizational skills to develop goals and motivate team members. Experience A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required or preferred. Related industry qualification is required or preferred. Salary Range $103,000 – $175,200 USD (base pay estimate).
