In-Office Collections Specialist — Cash Flow & Customer Care

Sunsrce, based in Matthews, NC, is seeking a full-time Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments. Candidates should have a strong background in customer service and accounting with at least two years of collections experience, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position requires excellent organizational and analytical skills as you will be responsible for contacting customers, maintaining accurate records, and prioritizing collection activities. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunsrce
