SQL & C Developer – Lead II – Software Engineering We are searching for a skilled SQL & C Developer with experience in the healthcare domain to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining backend systems and services that support healthcare applications, ensuring high performance, security, and data integrity. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications and services using C and .NET framework (.NET Core/.NET 6+ preferred). Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. Design, implement, and support relational database structures (SQL Server or similar). Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Work on the integration of external healthcare systems, APIs, and data feeds (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI 27x). Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, performance issues, and production incidents. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and deployment planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of hands‑on experience in C/.NET development. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL). Experience working in the healthcare domain, including familiarity with claims, eligibility, or EHR/EMR systems. Understanding of data security and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or HIPAA EDI transactions. Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and RESTful API development. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD tools. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with data transformation or ETL pipelines. Compensation Role Location: Georgia Compensation Range: $82,000 - $123,000 Benefits Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days paid vacation per year, 6 days paid sick leave per year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and eligibility for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
