Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. He/she supports the development of leadership skills, acts as a sales lead, interacts with customers, leads the customer experience with the store team, strategizes to achieve team sales goals, and, as a key holder, is involved in accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices such as opening and closing the store.
