We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join us at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners! Since opening on July 15, 1999, T-Mobile Park has earned acclaim as a premier baseball venue. About the job The Director of Operations partners closely with the General Manager to lead and elevate all food and beverage operations within the venue. This role plays a key part in shaping the overall guest experience while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team engagement across multiple service areas. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager’s ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management. Pay Range: $89250 per year – $115500 per year What’s in it for you Lead cross-functional food and beverage teams to deliver seamless, high-quality guest experiences across all service areas. Drive revenue growth and profitability through thoughtful planning, cost management, and operational execution. Partner with venue leadership to align daily operations with business needs and long-term goals. Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams. Oversee hiring, training, and development to build engaged and high-performing teams. Ensure consistent adherence to health, safety, and food handling standards. Manage financial performance including labor, inventory, and departmental budgets to meet targets. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience overseeing concessions, catering, and premium dining operations in a complex environment. Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service standards with relevant certifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems such as POS, inventory, and scheduling tools.
