American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Service Coordinator to help support our Utah sales team and market our products and provide client customer service statewide to the educational community. Our salaried Account Service Coordinators are responsible for customer service to existing accounts and selling supplemental insurance products to our customer base of K-12 public schools. You will build strong, long-term relationships with our sales team, school districts, and teaching associations. Overnight travel is required. Must reside in the specific territory (Greater Salt Lake Area). We offer a $46k base salary + uncapped commission, average first year income between $60k -70K, company car and paid travel expenses. 100% match when contributing 6% to your 401(k), with more matching opportunities after five years. We look for sales potential with demonstrated leadership qualities, sales awards and/or sales successes. Customer service skills, 60 hours of college education or an associate's degree preferred. Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks.

Primary responsibilities focus on assisting our sales team and maintaining existing K-12 school accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the educational community. Consult with our current customers to provide value and meet their financial needs. Build strong relationships with our customers and teaching association executives. Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.

Account Representatives participate in a structured, comprehensive training program that includes on-the-job training within their territory, product & sales schools, and online training.
