Partnering with a leading national organization to hire a hybrid real estate construction PM supporting a multi-market office portfolio.

What you’ll do:

• Manage lease transactions (site selection ? LOI ? execution)
• Oversee office buildouts, relocations, and renovations
• Coordinate with brokers, architects, and vendors
• Track multiple projects, budgets, and timelines

Must Have:

• 4–7 years in commercial RE (corporate, brokerage, or asset mgmt.)
• Exposure to leasing construction/project management
• Strong multitasking stakeholder management skills
