Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or industrial electrical work, with a strong focus on conduit bending, electrical system installation, and troubleshooting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into the Building Automation and Controls industry while working in a collaborative and safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiently bend conduit (EMT, IMC, Rigid); threading rigid conduit is a strong plus.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and construction plans.
• Execute clean and efficient conduit runs on commercial construction sites.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
• Collaborate with other trades and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Be open and ready to learn the Building Automation and Controls industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician.
• Strong conduit bending and installation skills.
• Experience with rigid conduit threading (preferred, not required).
• Comfortable working independently and in team settings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Commercial HVAC controls commissioning experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Pay Range: $$60,000 to $75,000 USD

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
