Right Place. Right Price. Payrate: $35-$40/hr. on W2 Location: Amarillo, TX; Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO. (Hybrid) Duration: 09+ (contract to hire) Position Summary The Recruiter delivers full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level Operations roles, develops and executes recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and market conditions, and proactively builds diverse talent pipelines while promoting the organization as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake & strategy, sourcing, screening/assessment, interview coordination, candidate presentation, offer development/negotiation, and pre-hire activities Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, role requirements, talent availability, and market conditions Proactively source and engage talent via networking, professional organizations, online platforms, databases, referrals, and creative channels Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs Serve as a talent advisor on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, compensation, market trends, and process Deliver a consistent, best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring leaders Embed employer brand, DEI, and EEO principles throughout the process Manage multiple requisitions while staying highly organized and responsive Work effectively with leaders at all levels, including senior leaders and executives BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 3-10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (direct sourcing / corporate recruitment) with consultative partnership to business leaders Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies, including diverse talent pools Prior ATS experience required; Workday highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of EEO, Affimative Action, employment law, and TA metrics Ability to travel occasionally and commute to events/company locations as needed Why Work With Us?
