Caregiver - Full-Time

Role: Direct Care Provider responsible for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. Responsibilities: Assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs help participants engage in community activities support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition develop meaningful relationships with individuals served and take initiative to promote their independence and well-being Qualifications & Skills: No high school diploma required; six months of human services or care experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and clean motor record. Key skills include communication, adaptability, teamwork, time management, patience, and reliability. Key Duties: Provide compassionate care, support community integration, and ensure safety and well-being of participants.
