Mission Statement To Feed Our Growing World – Together Job Summary The Final Assembly job involves assembling conveyors and other food processing equipment in a timely fashion to deliver a quality product to our customer, the food processor. Responsibilities Mechanically inclined, able to understand conveyor function and desired results. Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to assemble products accurately and efficiently. Assemble and test final products according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality control checks on assembled products to ensure they meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality. Requirements 2+ years of experience in final assembly Strong understanding of manufacturing processes Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and quality control skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints and manuals. Driver’s License and a reliable work vehicle. Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience with stainless steel and UHMW conveyor components. Knowledge of quality control and testing procedures. Understanding of wiring 480 volt three phase motors. Work Environment The Final Assembly job is typically performed in a manufacturing environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. The work environment is clean and organized, with a focus on safety and quality control. The job requires standing and walking for long periods, as well as lifting and moving heavy objects. The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm, with mandatory overtime as needed. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
