The Opportunity
DentalQore is a practice growth and technology company helping dental practices grow intelligently through better visibility, positioning, and predictable patient acquisition.
We are seeking a disciplined, calm, and coachable Appointment Setter to join our team. As the first point of contact between DentalQore and prospective clients, this role is a core driver of our growth—creating opportunity, fueling the sales team, and supporting predictable, scalable revenue.
This is not a closing role. It is a high-volume, high-focus performance position designed for individuals who take pride in consistency, professionalism, and learning through coaching.

- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Serving as the first point of contact for new business inquiries
- Introducing DentalQore clearly and professionally
- Qualifying prospects and determining next steps
- Booking high-quality introductory appointments for sales specialists
- Following a proven script and structured process
- Accurately logging call outcomes and notes
- Participating in ongoing training and coaching
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable with repetition and high call volume
- Emotionally resilient
- Clear communicator (verbal and written)
- Willing to follow a structured process
- High integrity and strong work ethic
- Ability to meet and surpass goals
