Vice President of Human Resources

We are partnering with a high-growth, technology-driven organization to identify a VP of Human Resources to lead and scale the HR function during a critical phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to step into a true player-coach role-owning HR strategy while remaining deeply hands-on across recruiting, talent management, and day-to-day operations. This individual will serve as the senior HR leader on-site and a key partner to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize end-to-end recruiting, with a focus on building strong pipelines across business-critical functions Own and enhance performance management, compensation cycles, and promotion frameworks Build and scale manager training and development programs Drive HR operations, including systems, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives Serve as a cultural leader, helping shape a high-performance, fast-paced environment Partner closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business growth What We're Looking For 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, ideally across sales and/or technical functions Experience building or improving performance management and compensation programs Comfortable operating as a hands-on leader in a lean, high-growth environment Tech-forward mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and tools to drive efficiency Prior experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced environments preferred What Sets This Role Apart Highly visible role with direct impact on company growth and culture Opportunity to build and shape the HR function from the ground up Fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong executive partnership Competitive compensation package, including base, bonus, and equity Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
