Physician Assistant (PA) – In-Office Virtual Visits Location: Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn, NY Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $90–$105 per hour Schedule Sunday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Physician Assistant to join our growing urgent care team in a full-time, in-office virtual care role . Based in our Prospect Lefferts Gardens office, you will provide virtual urgent care consultations to patients, delivering timely, high-quality care in a collaborative and technology-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys managing a wide variety of acute care cases while working a consistent full-time evening schedule. The ideal candidate is confident practicing independently, has strong clinical judgment, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. An active Medicaid ID number is required. Responsibilities Conduct virtual urgent care consultations from the office. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries. Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Educate patients on their conditions, medications, and follow-up care. Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Active New York State Physician Assistant license. Active Medicaid ID number (required). Experience in urgent care, primary care, family medicine, or emergency medicine preferred. Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
