As a Security Officer Full Time Credentialing in Boynton Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a residential community, where you will monitor entry points, verify visitor and resident access, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence. You will use communication and customer service skills to support residents and guests, help deter security-related incidents, and document relevant activity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verify authorized access, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with community procedures. Respond to access concerns, resident requests, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of community grounds, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and access records, and communicate relevant security-related information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Possess a Guard Card or license, preferred. Have access control and badge experience, preferred. Have customer service experience, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
