The person will be responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. This role will work closely with both the business and technology teams for the implementation and support of a strategic corporate SaaS platform and middleware integration layer.Responsibilities:Responsible for the implementation and support of strategic corporate SaaS platforms (SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur) and Middleware integration layer.Manage external vendor relationship to ensure compliance to Citi’s Information Security and Data Management policies and controls.Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projectsIdentify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environmentConsult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectivesPerform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow.Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standardsProvide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisionsSupervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions as assignedActs as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Recommended Qualifications: 6-10 years of experienceProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysisExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExhibit strong communications and interpersonal skillsExperience with all phases of Software Development Life CycleComprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysisEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
