Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (Cardiac Cath Lab) San Francisco, CA. The healthcare provider will support diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures and related EP (electrophysiology) techniques. The role includes patient monitoring and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, along with procedural sedation administration/monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); 1 year of cath lab or interventional radiology (IR) experience; 35 years of combined experience in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Coronary Care Unit (CCU), and/or Cath Lab; 5 years of clinic nursing experience; knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and EP procedures/techniques, including equipment/accessories, sterile technique, and patient care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience within the last 12 months; prior teaching hospital experience.
• Additional Information: Float rotation may be required. Resources may be reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility to meet job specifications. Procedural training/modules are completed during pre-start and annually; modules are non-billable and included in non-billable hours (NBO).
