Social Worker - LMSW Profession: Supervisor Specialty: Social Work Duration: Full-time Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 7 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. License: Professional license required. Certifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Must-Have: Candidates must possess a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.A professional license from the state must remain active, in effect, and free from disciplinary action.Candidates must demonstrate job experience and competence in individual, family, and group mental health and/or substance use treatment.Candidates must be able to work independently.Candidates must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Candidates must have excellent organizational and attention to detail skills to track and prepare data.Candidates must demonstrate a nonjudgmental approach that reflects cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique needs and diverse experiences of clients.Candidates must have the ability to appropriately handle crisis situations. Description:The Supervisor will be responsible for all administrative and clinical functioning of the program.This includes all necessary functions for the delivery of services to the client populations served by the program.Flexible scheduling is available.Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required based on program needs.The Supervisor will provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls to support program staff as needed.Mileage reimbursement will be provided when personal vehicle used.Any training paid for by the organization.We believe our team members are our most valuable resources and invest in them accordingly.We offer competitive salaries, flexible scheduling opportunities, and a team-oriented work environment.
