Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney - Los Angeles, CA


Premier law firm is seeking Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury Litigation to join their team in Los Ageles, CA. Responsibilities:

• Engage in depositions and attend various hearings.
• Draft and meticulously prepare pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Formulate effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining cost-efficiency.
• Present compelling arguments and represent clients in personal injury cases.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active and in-good-standing license with the California State Bar.
• Possess a minimum of one year of specialized experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and public speaking.
• Proficient in negotiation, research, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates sound judgment in navigating complex situations.
• Adaptable and maintains meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to reliably commute to Los Angeles, CA
