Financial Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Financial Analyst . Our client is looking for someone with related experience, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. The salary range is $60k-80k. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to support business decisions Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports for leadership, including variance and trend analysis Support budgeting and forecasting processes Accounting support as needed Partner cross‑functionally to gather data, understand business drivers, and communicate insights Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and efficiency Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analyses Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and presentations as needed The Financial Analyst will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field 2+ years of related experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Well organized and detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
