Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst We're working with a growing manufacturing company looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, partnering closely with plant leadership to support decision‑making and drive business performance. What you'll be doing: Use financial data to understand performance, identify trends, and explain what's driving results Support ongoing planning efforts including forecasting, budgeting, and tracking performance against expectations Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to evaluate costs, efficiency, and productivity initiatives Build models to support key decisions such as capital investments, sourcing strategies, and operational improvements Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, helping translate numbers into clear business recommendations Assist in improving reporting processes and finding ways to make data more accessible and actionable What they're looking for: 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field CPA preferred, with experience from a Big 4 or top regional accounting firm strongly valued Strong grasp of financial statements and how they connect to business performance Interest in working closely with operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP systems or data visualization tools is a plus Someone who is curious, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
