Senior Financial Analyst

What You'll Do As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll work closely with Finance leadership and business partners to support the organization's financial health and long-term growth initiatives. Some responsibilities include: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support strategic initiatives Partner with operational leaders to analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational analysis Support pricing, profitability, and operational improvement initiatives Contribute to process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A functions What We're Looking For The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degr ee in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3+ ye ars of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset Strong business partner ing a nd communication ski lls with the ability to explain financial informat ion to non-financial audiences Experience working wi th ERP and financial planning systems Preferred Qualifications Experience wi th Ora cl e, Oracle P BC S, SmartV ie w, Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, operational finance, healthcare, or nonprofit finance experience Power BI or other business intelligence reporting tools Process improvement or project leadership experience MBA or advanced degree highly preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
