Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Financial Analyst . Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, strong analytical skills and high attention to details. The salary for range for this position is $90k-110k. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct in-depth assessments of financial data and business activity, delivering practical recommendations that influence policies, internal controls, and decision-making. Provide clear interpretation of corporate financial guidelines, government regulations, accounting standards, and customer‑specific requirements to ensure compliant, informed operations. Examine historical and current results to identify future financial trends. Recommend enhancements that strengthen profitability, operational efficiency, and financial health. Review complex budgets, profitability models, performance reports, financial statements, and operational records to validate accuracy and guide improvement opportunities. Guide the creation of analysis and reporting across budgeting, long‑range planning, cash‑flow modeling, regulatory reporting, statistical tracking, and recurring forecasts. Develop and maintain key data repositories used for forecasting, scenario modeling, and long‑term financial planning. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field. 3+ years of experience. CPA preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
