Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst Position in Greater Milwaukee We are working a newly created Financial Analyst position for a growing, regional bank in a southern Milwaukee suburb. This position will have a direct line to the C-Suite and really get to make the position their own and quickly move up to management! Responsibilities Analyze financial results, forecasts, and trends to support business and management decision-making. Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages. Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability processes through data collection, validation, and financial modeling. Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers behind financial performance. Partner with senior FP&A team members on ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and business requests Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of analysis experience Experience in banking or financial services/investment firm Problem-solving/process improvement mindset Excellent written and verbal communication Attention to detail and organization skills If this particular role is not of interest, our team is engaged in over 40 separate searches in the area.
