Location: Potomac, MD, USA (20854) Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $28.36. Job Responsibilities Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, such as filing, data entry, record review and maintenance. Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as necessary. Maintain office memos and informational postings. Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office. Qualifications Prior administrative experience preferred. Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and accuracy. Capability to perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms. Application Information This position does not have a predetermined application window.
