Director of Outlets responsible for leading all front-of-house operations across multiple luxury dining venues within a high-end hotel environment. This role oversees service execution, financial performance, team leadership, and brand consistency across all outlets while ensuring alignment with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

This is a NYC-based, non-relocation role requiring prior luxury hotel or fine dining multi-outlet leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of all restaurants, lounges, and bar outlets
• Ensure consistent execution of service, quality, and presentation standards
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of all dining venues and guest areas
• Enforce SOPs, safety, sanitation, and brand service standards
• Support peak service periods and special events as needed
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure consistency and execution

Financial Performance

• Support annual budget planning and execution across all outlets
• Monitor P&L performance, revenue, and cost controls
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, guest spend optimization, and promotions
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and FOH teams
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency across venues
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and succession planning
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and high morale
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards

Guest Experience & Brand Standards

• Maintain a service culture focused on precision, personalization, and anticipation
• Monitor guest feedback (LQA, TrustYou, etc.) and implement improvements
• Ensure all outlets reflect luxury brand ethos and consistency
• Lead service training programs and culture development initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction scores

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury hotel, Michelin-level, or high-end multi-outlet F&B leadership
• Must have NYC hospitality experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven ability managing multiple outlets simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor, revenue growth)
• Experience with luxury service standards and guest experience optimization
• Familiarity with POS and hospitality systems (MICROS, SevenRooms, Harri preferred)
• ServSafe/TIPS certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced luxury environment
