CNC Mill Machinist

Operating out of a climate-controlled facility conveniently located near the I-44/I-270 exchange, the plant runs seven days a week to maximize production, offering steady work and schedule options tailored to your life. We are currently accepting applications for all off shifts: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday) | Includes 10% shift differential 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM (Monday – Thursday) | Includes 15% premium 4th Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Saturday & Sunday) plus one 8-hour weekday shift (32 hours/week) | Includes 25% premium salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year shift: Second work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Setup & Operation: Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills to produce complex aerospace components. Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and written technical directives. Quality Inspection: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision tools including micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers. Audit & Review: Inspect machine setups and review inspection reports to ensure total compliance with aerospace standards. Process Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and productivity. Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by following all established rules and requirements.
