Supply Chain Analyst, Business Operations Digitalization The Supply Chain Analyst, Business Operations Digitalization supports the “Operating System” of the Global Supply Chain Business Office by driving operational excellence through standardized processes, cross‑functional alignment, and advanced digital solutions. This role is a key enabler to the Supply Chain leadership team, ensuring efficient execution and agility through technology‑driven transformation. Responsibilities Design and implement standardized operating rhythms supported by digital tools and automated workflows Develop data‑driven dashboards and reporting solutions to drive alignment and visibility across supply chain functions Lead process optimization efforts by eliminating manual work and deploying scalable, system‑based solutions Identify tooling gaps and design/build backend systems, integrations, and automation frameworks from scratch Partner cross‑functionally with IT, Finance, HR, and Product Development to align tools, data, and processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in supply chain, business operations, analytics, or technical roles in a complex organization 5+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable processes, systems, or digital solutions 5+ years of experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, and automation technologies Expert‑level proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem Expert‑level ability to design and build digital tools, including backend systems and workflow automation Strong experience with data platforms and tooling (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Fabric, or similar) Working knowledge of coding and backend development (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs) Proven ability to identify tooling gaps and independently architect and build scalable solutions from scratch Advanced knowledge of leveraging AI (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks) to streamline operations and enhance decision‑making Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field Experience in global supply chain or manufacturing environments Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, data platforms, workflow tools) Familiarity with product, platform, or solution development approaches within operations Experience applying AI/ML solutions in operational or supply chain contexts Benefits Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp‑up programs, subsidized back‑up child care and more Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases Tuition assistance Established and active employee resource groups Paid time off for individual and team community service A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time Salary: This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600 to $144,900. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100 to $166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
