Front Desk Associate

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for guests and clients. This role is responsible for maintaining smooth office operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm, professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and messages Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and bookings Process financial transactions such as collecting payments Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and organizing documents Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area Provide administrative support to office staff as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location In person We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
