Overview The Senior Analyst, Strategic Transformation is a hands‑on program management and analytics role within Hoonigan's Transformation Management Office, reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer. This role is responsible for bringing rigor, accountability, and disciplined tracking to the company's Value Creation Plan (VCP). The Senior Analyst will own the core mechanics that keep the VCP current and credible, including initiative tracking, reporting cadence, dashboards, milestone management, and the underlying data used to measure progress and value realization. Working cross‑functionally with initiative owners across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other areas of the business, this individual will collect and reconcile status updates, maintain a clear view of progress against plan, and identify potential risks or slippage early. Strategy, prioritization, and executive leadership engagement will remain with the Chief Transformation Officer. The Senior Analyst will translate those priorities into a clean, current, and trusted view of transformation progress while reinforcing execution discipline across the organization. This is an individual contributor role weighted toward program management and analytics within a fast‑paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities Own and maintain the VCP initiative tracker, ensuring initiative status, value, timing, and key milestones remain current across all workstreams. Maintain the core reporting views used by the Transformation Management Office, including initiative dashboards, bowling charts, and in‑year versus run‑rate value reporting. Maintain stage‑gate and Red/Yellow/Green (RYG) reporting to provide clear visibility into the status and health of transformation initiatives. Establish and maintain consistent definitions, reporting standards, and data integrity across workstreams. Ensure transformation reporting remains accurate, credible, and aligned across functional teams. Program Management Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and key actions across the transformation initiative portfolio. Collect status updates from initiative owners on an established cadence and proactively follow up on outstanding information. Identify and flag potential delays, risks, dependencies, and data gaps early, providing clear analysis and potential options for resolution. Prepare agendas, materials, and supporting documentation for weekly and bi‑weekly transformation forums. Reinforce accountability and follow‑through across initiative owners and working teams. Analytics & Insights Pull, reconcile, structure, and analyze data from Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business systems. Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into initiative status, risks, milestones, and value creation. Track key performance indicators and savings realization against plan, including cost impact and timing to value. Perform business‑case analysis and financial modeling in support of transformation initiatives. Conduct ad hoc analysis to support the Chief Transformation Officer and initiative owners in evaluating progress and identifying opportunities. Transformation Office Operations Prepare weekly and monthly transformation update packages for internal leadership and senior‑level reviews. Develop clear, concise materials that summarize progress, risks, decisions, and next steps. Support the ongoing operating cadence and governance of the Transformation Management Office. Reinforce execution discipline, accountability, and reporting consistency at the working‑team level. Perform other duties and support additional transformation initiatives as assigned based on evolving business needs and priorities. Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting, analytics, program management, transformation support, or a related discipline. Demonstrated ability to keep complex, multi‑workstream initiatives organized, current, and on track. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and/or financial modeling. Experience building and maintaining trackers, business cases, and quantitative analyses. Hands‑on experience with a business intelligence or dashboarding tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or a similar platform. Experience working with and reconciling large or complex data sets. Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or incomplete information into actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting integrity. Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment requiring accuracy, accountability, and consistent follow‑through. Preferred Experience & Skills Experience supporting an enterprise transformation office, PMO, value‑creation program, or similar cross‑functional initiative. Experience working across Finance, Sales, Operations, or other enterprise functions. Exposure to private equity‑backed organizations, value‑creation planning, or performance‑improvement initiatives. Experience tracking financial benefits, savings realization, or other value‑creation metrics. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
