Como representante de servicio al cliente y despachador , usted es un miembro clave del equipo y representa a Aire Serv en las llamadas de soporte. Usted es responsable de manejar las solicitudes de servicio y las quejas de los clientes. Ejemplificar nuestro código de valores mostrando respeto y cortesía a todos los clientes y empleados.

Eres motivado, enérgico y disfrutas ayudar a las personas. Está motivado para brindar el más alto nivel de servicio al cliente y satisfacción y puede administrar de manera efectiva una variedad de situaciones en el día a día.

Responsabilidades específicas:

· Recibir llamadas entrantes de manera profesional y cortés

· Programación de citas

· Asignar trabajo/llamadas diarias a otros miembros del equipo

· Realizar funciones de marketing y ventas para vender trabajo adicional y ganar negocios

· Completar órdenes de trabajo, devolver las llamadas de los clientes y responder a las quejas de los clientes

· Mantener los servicios de la oficina organizando las operaciones y los procedimientos de la oficina, y preparando y revisando las órdenes de compra.

· Realizar otras funciones según sea necesario, que pueden incluir capacitación cruzada en puestos relacionados

Requisitos de trabajo:

· Experiencia administrativa preferida

· Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal

· Orientado a los detalles con fuertes habilidades de entrada de datos

· Actitud positiva

· Jugador de equipo que puede trabajar de forma independiente

· Conocimientos informáticos generales, incluido Microsoft Office

· Las habilidades de mecanografía son una ventaja
