Remote Coding Manager

Managing coding services for assigned clients, the full-time Remote Coding Manager will oversee operational management, ensure productivity and quality standards, and provide ongoing education and mentorship to coding staff. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for clients, coders, and stakeholders while managing both onshore and offshore coding resources Monitor team performance to meet service-level agreements and assist in the development and growth of coding services Prepare and present business status reports to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of coding staff with project goals Required qualifications: AHIMA/AAPC credentials Five or more years of coding experience Three or more years of employee and client management experience in a remote environment Strong knowledge of coding and complete revenue cycle management services Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows products
