Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk for an onsite opportunity in Pine Brook, NJ . This is a fast-paced, process-driven environment focused on accurately packing medications for direct delivery to patients. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime: Occasional overtime before/after shifts and on weekends; most holidays are worked. Responsibilities Pack cold and ambient medications using manual and semi-automated processes. Ensure medications are packed accurately and meet expected productivity levels. Maintain a strong sense of urgency while focusing on quality and patient satisfaction. Follow established procedures and instructions. Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Maintain excellent attendance and reliability. Qualifications Previous packing experience required; healthcare or medication-related experience preferred. Direct-to-customer packing or fulfillment experience is also acceptable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow detailed processes and work efficiently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted . Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
