Opportunity Highlights

• Predictable schedule with shared call; call rotation 1:8 evenings/weekends
• Level III Trauma Center
• Advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, shoulder and knee surgery, hip (optional), comprehensive care for athletes and active adults; high-volume shoulder, knee, and general sports injuries
• Compensation: $739K guaranteed salary (2 years); production model after 10,650 wRVUs; straight production model Year 3; earning potential $1M+; $100K recruitment incentive; $15K relocation assistance; 4 weeks PTO, 1 week CME, 6 paid holidays; $6K CME allowance; full benefits from Day 1: health, dental, vision, life, disability; retirement: 401(k) with match + 457(b); professional liability coverage; PSLF eligible

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Sports Medicine (must become certified within 5 years) Required; no exceptions
• Certifications: BLS Certification (must maintain recertification); current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications; DEA required
• Licensure: Valid IL & IA license or Active IMLC; willing to obtain licenses required. No J-1 or H-1B visa support available.
• Training: Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine; skilled in arthroscopic and open sports surgery (shoulder and knee required; hip preferred)
• Other: Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred; MD or DO
