Whether you’re designing code, solving regulatory puzzles, or developing strategy, you’ll join a team where innovation and integrity drive everything we do — and where your work helps shape the future of finance.Responsibilities:Build complex multi-agent AI agents that are highly scalableWork with LLMs, embedding models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systemEngineer and refine prompts to enhance AI performance and output qualityDeploy and scale AI solutions using AWS (Lambda, cloud services) and modern architecturesEnsure AI applications align with ethical standards, data privacy, and real-world scalabilityDevelop, fine-tune, and optimize generative AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging FaceRequirements:Work with current state of the art LLMs and embedding modelsExperience building agentic AI systemsExperience with debugging traces of LLM calls to identify errors/optimizationsExperience with building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systemsEngineer and refine prompts to enhance AI performance and output qualityKnowledge of extracting structured outputs from LLMsExperience using LLM APIs, embedding models, and RAG-based AI architecturesStrong skills in Python, AI model deployment, and AWS services (Lambda preferred)Knowledge of LangChain, Pydantic, and scalable AI workflowsProficiency in prompt engineering and optimization techniquesSome UI/UX experience is a plusQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and data engineeringProficiency in programming languages PythonStrong experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)Hands-on experience with data engineering tools like Apache Spark, Apache NiFi, Airflow, or similarExpertise in handling large-scale datasets and implementing ETL/ELT pipelinesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in NLP, Generative AI, or deep learning modelsProven track record of deploying AI solutions at scaleResearch background in generative AI modelsAbility to integrate code into real world applicationUnderstanding AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principlesPrior experience in the financial or banking sector is a plus#LI-JJ1 #LI-OnsiteSalary Range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
