Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant ATI is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Financial Administration team in either our Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA office. This is an onsite position 5 days per week and will report to the Corporate Accounting Manager. The role is integral to a high‑performing team that ensures the timely and accurate reporting of ATI’s internal and external financial statements. Responsibilities Maintain the general ledgers under the leadership of the Accounting Manager. Assist with the monthly Corporate Billing process. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other financial analysis. Participate in the monthly/quarterly/annual closing process, including the preparation of journal entries and posting into the Oracle general ledger system. Submit general ledgers into the Company’s consolidation system. Prepare monthly account reconciliations. Make recommendations for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and maximize internal customer service. Assist with various department projects and internal/external requests as needed. Basic Qualifications B.S. degree in Accounting. At least 3 years’ experience working in audit or general accounting. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with IT applications such as financial reporting databases, including Oracle and OneStream. Knowledge & Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams within finance and across the enterprise. Effective organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and manage time in a fast‑paced environment. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong customer focus and willingness to learn. Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to assist with many different teams when needed. Experience in hybrid teamwork environments with in‑person and remote staff.
