Assembler Laminate (Fullerton CA)

Avocado is currently looking for a Laminate Assembler to be part of the Laminate team.

• Note on Location: Here at Avocado Green Brands, we treasure teamwork and working together in person. Depending on the role, you will be working on-site at one of our Fullerton locations.
• Note on Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is $17.00 - $19.63 Hourly.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Assembles building components of mattress in preparation for it to go under Laminate machine Glues pieces of foam together through a quarry furniture machine Transports loaves of foam to and from machines, using dolly, and positions loaves of foam on table Examines sliced foam to verify product size and conformance to product specifications, using tape measure Promotes a safe work environment Perform other related duties as assigned WHAT YOU BRING Experience in Production/Manufacturing environment preferred Ability to properly lift and carry heavy objects for a full-shift Walking and standing for prolonged periods of time Follow company safety culture and Cal OSHA regulations Report incident injury and hazard to managers Able to identify work hazard situations Following the company safety culture while performing the job duties required for the position Regular and predictable attendance WHAT WE OFFER YOU Medical (HMO, PPO, HSA) Dental Vision 100% Employer Paid Life Insurance 401(k) match PTO Volunteer days Employee product discount Why work at Avocado Green Brands?
