About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to take on a pivotal leadership role in driving the commercial performance of its products in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning brand performance and developing strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives. This includes leading the development and execution of brand strategies, omnichannel promotional campaigns, and ensuring that marketing resources are focused on high-value initiatives. The role also involves close collaboration with sales, medical affairs, and market access teams to align strategic objectives, communicate scientific differentiation, and address reimbursement challenges. Candidates for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. A strong background in product launch, particularly in hematology or oncology, and a solid understanding of clinical trial design, drug development, and promotional regulatory processes are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to market dynamics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with top-tier US hematology opinion leaders and be adept at collaborating in a hybrid work environment.
