Job Title: General Laborer Job Description

Join our team for a 4-week project, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and involves production, general labor, and warehouse housekeeping tasks.

• Perform general labor tasks in a production and warehouse environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
• Handle and transport heavy materials, including pallets and concrete products.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. individually for an entire shift.
• Capable of standing on feet all day.
• Comfortable working outside and in various weather conditions.

• Experience with forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with manual and robotic manufacturing machines.

The work environment is a large concrete stone manufacturing facility with both indoor and outdoor conditions. During winter, it can be cold, and summer brings heat, but all workspaces are covered and protected from rain. Employees will work alongside large forklifts, heavy concrete products, and various manufacturing machines. The facility is clean, though it can be noisy and dusty. Expect to be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day, regularly lifting between 50 lbs. and 100 lbs.

This is a Contract position based out of FREDERICKSON, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
