Business Development Manager A/E/C industry

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager in the A/E/C industry at HADONNE. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, conducting market research, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure project success and client satisfaction. The role is based in South Florida, with out of office flexibility knowing that this role will require searching for business opportunities. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning Skills in Market Research, Proposal Writing, and Presentation Preparation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of the A/E/C industry and relevant market trends Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Previous experience in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a similar field is a plus Professional Certifications such as PE and PSM/PSL are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr HADONNE
