Job Description:

Location: UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Therapeutic Day School, 43 E. Stevenson Drive, Glendale Heights, IL


Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30a-4p; Hours may be flexible


Position will provide coverage for staff during vacations and leaves


Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials, and other written communications as required.
• Routes written communications as appropriate.
• Communicates with others in person, via telephone, and email.
• Receives and screens visitors and handles general inquiries.
• Assists with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs, and special events.
• Establishes and maintains filing systems.
• Orders and stocks supplies.
• Enters information from various sources into computer databases.
• Verifies data entered into the computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Coordinates communication between staff, students, and external parties.
• Operates company vehicle as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

• Prior clerical experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
