Associate Brand Manager - Adult Nutrition - Columbus, OH

This role is part of the Nutrition Division, supporting the brand portfolio including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, and Glucerna®. The Opportunity The Associate Brand Manager leads national promotion strategy and the weekly consumption process, driving business performance and aligning initiatives with brand objectives. What You’ll Work On Develop and execute national promotional programs (e.g., FSIs, digital coupons), owning performance against spend commitments and optimizing ROI. Lead the weekly Ensure® consumption and forecasting process, delivering reporting and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Identify opportunities and risks across promotions and consumption, developing data‑driven recommendations and contingency plans. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, finance, insights, and external partners to monitor effectiveness and drive brand strategy. Required Qualifications BA/BS in Marketing, Analytics, or related field. Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in consumer packaged goods and/or healthcare/OTC products. Strong analytical skills, including business, budget, and financial analysis, and ability to tell a story with data. Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple projects and priorities, including new product launches. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies to peers, senior leaders, and external partners. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives. Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications MBA preferred due to the business complexity and strategic focus. Experience working with retail customers and sales organizations. Experience with business performance analysis and reporting, especially using Nielsen retail data. Knowledge of retail channels including Food, Drug, Mass, and eCommerce.
