Care Coordinator- Dumbo

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our clinic in Dumbo. Care Coordinators support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of appointments. They respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. Care Coordinators guide patients through the out-of-network experience, greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile, and execute 5‑star customer service.
