Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist ready to take on Pharmacy-in-Charge responsibilities within a specialized mail order and compounding pharmacy setting. The role focuses on managing pharmacy operations while actively preparing and verifying sterile compounding admixtures. This position offers a 13-week engagement with potential to transition into a permanent role.

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy management duties ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and verify sterile compounding admixtures following strict protocols.
• Utilize Prime Rx for accurate order entry and documentation.
• Collaborate with a small team consisting of one pharmacist and two pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Florida pharmacy license is required.
• Sterile compounding experience is essential.
• Pharmacy management experience strongly preferred; however, motivated staff pharmacists with sterile compounding background eager to progress into a Pharmacist-in-Charge role will be considered.
• Familiarity with mail order pharmacy operations? is a plus.
