Key Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with care standards.
• Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the department or unit.
• Offer clinical expertise and support to other units and departments.
• Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
• Current RN license in Wisconsin or a Multi-state license.
• CPR and BLS certifications are mandatory.

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts in a dynamic psychiatric environment, where your skills will be essential in providing care to patients.
