Residential Manager

DakotAbilities, in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking to fill the position of Residential Manager.At DakotAbilities, we are like family and we have a fun, flexible culture! We are a nonprofit organization that provides residential, vocational, supported living and intensive medical services to over 130 people with developmental disabilities. As an organization, we strive to provide excellent service and care to residents and their families.

The Residential Manager position is responsible for the overall management and operation of the residential facility including administrative, budgetary, staffing and client responsibilities. This position must have:

• A leadership style known for developing and coaching employees
• A flexible, energetic personality, capable of managing diverse personalities while projecting calm, care, and professionalism in all work-related situations
• A passion for serving others
• Scheduling experience

BA/BS Degree or two years' experience working with people that have disabilities or equivalent experience and/or education required. Previous supervisory experience required.
