$75,000 at plan - yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales plans that align with company goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to track sales activities and client interactions efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the insurance sector.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively meet client needs.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through proactive lead generation and networking.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex insurance products and benefits to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current information.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other resources to efficiently track sales activities and client interactions.

How we will compensate you:

You have the power to drive your own income with our commission-based compensation. The average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contracts who met annual minimum sales production requirements in 2024 was $118,359.7 In that same year, the average income of the top 50 of those agents was $1.68M. Benefits for eligible full-time agents include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with match, and a pension.
