An established and rapidly growing $80M international manufacturer of premium European windows, entry doors, and façade systems is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead business development across the Northeast United States .

Our products are recognized for exceptional quality, innovation, performance, and design, including aluminum clad wood windows, façades and high-performance entry doors . As we continue to expand our North American footprint, we are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can help significantly grow market share throughout the Northeast region.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated hunter who enjoys building relationships with architects, developers, builders, and glazing contractors while representing industry-leading products in a high-growth market.

What You'll Do

• Execute a growth strategy for the Northeast territory.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Drive product specifications with architects and design professionals.
• Build strong relationships with developers, builders, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through project award and close.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of successful sales experience within the window, door, façade, or architectural building products industry.
• Proven track record of growing territories and generating new business.
• Experience working with architects and influencing specifications.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical aptitude; experience with premium architectural products preferred.
• Background in technical sales, construction, carpentry, or building envelope systems is a plus.
• Self-starter with a high level of energy, initiative, and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000
• Performance Bonus: Up to $40,000
• Car Allowance
• Health Allowance
• Home-office based with approximately 50% travel throughout the territory and occasional international travel.
